Description

You will design and develop enterprise AI platform solutions using deep learning within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Formulate pragmatic blueprints for AI platform solutions and oversee subsequent development.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and data specialists to build efficient AI solutions for business problems.
• Implement coding best practices, maintain code repositories, and ensure platform responsiveness.
• Conduct real-time knowledge transfers based on client meetings and whiteboarding workshops.
• Work within agile environments to deliver assigned tasks from sprint backlogs.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience on live enterprise-level industry projects.
• Strong fundamentals in Machine Learning and Deep Learning with the ability to implement them via code.
• Expertise in Python programming and object-oriented programming.
• Extensive experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in building NLP models using Transformer-based architectures.
• Deep experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and training.
• Proven track record building RAG-based solutions and conversational AI using LangChain.
• Advanced data manipulation skills using Pandas and NumPy for EDA and data cleansing.
• Ability to deploy custom LLM instances and evaluate models for specific business tasks.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CI/CD patterns, microservices, APIs, and Docker containers.
• Experience with Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
