You will design and deliver AI/ML solutions to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to build LLM solutions.
• Analyze user behavior on existing solutions to implement AI/ML driven enhancements.
• Implement NLP models using embeddings, attention mechanisms, and sequence-to-sequence architectures.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Deep knowledge of NLP techniques, including embeddings, attention mechanisms, and sequence-to-sequence models.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of building Agentic AI workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Java, LangChain, GPT-4, and Claude.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and open-source data processing frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, HBase, Elastic Search, Pig, or Hive.
