Description

You will build and deploy production-ready AI models and Agentic frameworks within the Snowflake Data Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI models using Snowflake Cortex AI, Document AI, and Snowpark ML.
• Lead the offshore team by reviewing code, troubleshooting bugs, and setting technical direction.
• Balance tactical customer fixes with long-term technical improvements for system scalability.
• Apply data science methodologies to solve problems in Pharma Commercial and Sales, such as HCP targeting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in technical roles with heavy emphasis on Data Science and AI engineering.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic systems.
• Strong technical understanding of Snowflake’s engine, optimizing it for AI/ML workloads (Snowpark, Python UDFs, Streamlit).
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or SciKit-learn integrated into cloud environments.
• Previous experience handling Pharma, Marketing, or Finance data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI and Document AI.
• Background in Pharma Commercial or Sales data.
