Description

You will build, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs, SLMs, and custom AI models in production environments, designing systems that automate complex workforce decision-making using agentic AI frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products and workflows.
• Write production-grade Python code to implement AI pipelines, tools, and systems.
• Apply agentic AI design patterns to replicate manager-level decisions at scale.
• Drive measurable improvements in model performance, optimizing for accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Guide customers through AI integration, explaining functionality and implementation approaches clearly.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in tuning and deploying LLMs and SLMs at production scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python for implementing AI pipelines and tools.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud stack for model hosting and infrastructure.
• Solid foundation in AI/ML architecture and DevOps principles.
• Experience running model tuning workflows and evaluating performance metrics.
• Ability to design reasoning-based, autonomous, or agentic AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft AI tools.
