Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, productize, test, and maintain scalable Python-based AI/ML codebases

• Convert research and scientific code into robust production-ready services and packages

• Design modular, maintainable architectures and clean APIs

• Build and maintain unit, integration, and regression test suites with CI/CD integration

• Optimize and debug GPU workloads using PyTorch and CUDA (training & inference)

• Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and lead design reviews

🔹 Must-Have Skills:

✔ Strong hands-on experience in Python development and software design principles

✔ Deep expertise in PyTorch, CUDA, and GPU programming

✔ Strong testing experience using pytest/unit testing, integration & regression testing

✔ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and clean coding practices

✔ Ability to thrive in agile and fast-paced environments

🔹 Nice-to-Have:

• Computer Vision experience (Detection, Segmentation, Tracking, etc.)

• Experience with TorchScript, ONNX, TensorRT

• Exposure to GenAI coding tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.

• MLflow, profiling, and optimization experience
