Description

You will design, develop, and deploy next-generation NLP, ML, and AI products for the healthcare industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning and deep learning models for NLP, NLU, NLG, SLU, and time series forecasting.
• Quantize and optimize Generative AI models for production efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end ML development, covering ingestion, feature engineering, modeling, and deployment.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of AI, DL, NLP, and ML models across healthcare products.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ML development cycles.

Required Skills

• 9+ years in AI/ML with 10+ years total IT experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and SQL.
• Experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Pandas, RAG, and LangChain.
• Proven ability to design and architect scalable ML solutions.
• Experience with full ML lifecycle: EDA, model development, tuning, and drift analysis.
• Hands-on experience delivering production-grade AI/ML projects.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
