We are seeking a senior-level AI Principal Architect with deep expertise in Conversational AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise AI architecture, design intelligent conversational solutions, and guide complex AI initiatives from proof of concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-grade Conversational AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Design and implement AI agents using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.

Build conversational applications, including voice-enabled assistants, chatbots, and virtual agents.

Leverage AWS Bedrock and foundation models to develop scalable Generative AI solutions.

Implement RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, tool/function calling, memory, and multi-agent workflows.

Work with AWS Nova Sonic for real-time speech-to-speech conversational AI use cases.

Establish AI security, governance, observability, scalability, and performance standards.

Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor AI engineering teams.

Guide AI solutions from PoCs and prototypes through production deployment.

Required Skills:

15+ years of overall IT experience with significant AI/ML, Generative AI, or Conversational AI experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in Python and AWS cloud architecture.

Extensive experience with AWS Bedrock and foundation models.

Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

Practical experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), including MCP client/server architecture.

Experience with AWS Nova Sonic or comparable real-time voice AI technologies.

Strong understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

Experience with AI agents, tool calling, function calling, memory, and multi-agent systems.

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud security, and production AI systems.

Excellent architecture, communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Enterprise Conversational AI platform development.

Voice AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and real-time speech technologies.

AWS Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, CloudWatch, and IAM.

CI/CD, DevOps, MLOps, and AI observability.

Experience leading architecture discussions with senior technical and business stakeholders
