Define and drive the product vision for AI solutions that improve Sales and Services effectiveness.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap, balancing business viability, user desirability, and technical feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional teams (AI/ML, software, design, data engineering) through the design and deployment of AI products.
• Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, data insights, and business impact to achieve Product Market Fit.
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to inform strategy and drive continuous business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive responsibility in an agile software development environment.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager defining product strategy.
• Hands-on experience driving the integration of AI/ML capabilities into customer applications.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with AI/ML solutions.
• Ability to create artifacts like PRDs, user stories, and journey maps.
• Experience defining quantitative and qualitative measures of product success.
• Familiarity with Data Power concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of tenure in product management roles.
