You will design, train, and maintain large language models and production-grade AI applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Train and maintain large language models for production use.
• Build and manage data infrastructure and VectorDBs to support Generative AI training pipelines.
• Develop AI applications using prompt engineering, guardrails, and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
• Implement machine learning solutions involving NLP, sentiment analysis, classification, and pattern recognition.
• Present technical findings and project updates to both technical and business audiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Scala, or Spark.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and AWS SageMaker.
• Deep knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Torch, Microsoft CNTK, scikit, Keras, Caffe, or Gluon.
• Experience with GenAI technology stacks, including prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
• Practical experience with VectorDBs and supporting data infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development lifecycles and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
• Proven track record in production-grade development, integration, and support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft CNTK or Caffe.
