You will design, train, and maintain large language models and generative AI applications within an AWS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Train and maintain large language models and generative AI applications.
• Build and manage data infrastructure and VectorDBs to support training pipelines and production workloads.
• Implement GenAI technology stacks, including prompt engineering, guardrails, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Develop and integrate production-grade AI solutions using Agile and DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies.
• Present technical findings and project updates to both technical and business audiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Scala, or Spark.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and AWS SageMaker.
• Experience with NLP, sentiment analysis, classification, and pattern recognition.
• Development experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, Microsoft CNTK, scikit-learn, Keras, Caffe, Gluon, or Torch.
• Familiarity with the GenAI technology stack and LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience working with VectorDBs and data infrastructure for Generative AI.
• Experience in production-grade development, integration, and support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile Software Development Lifecycles.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices.
