About the role: We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and production-grade AI solutions.

Key Requirements

• 7 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or related quantitative fields.
• Master's or PhD preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including clean coding, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI applications, including:
  • LLMs
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Knowledge Bases
  • Agentic AI solutions
• Experience developing and deploying end-to-end ML/AI pipelines, including model deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and feature engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow
• SQL and data analytics
• CI/CD, model monitoring, and MLOps practices
• Experience taking ML/AI solutions from prototype to production
• Consulting experience and/or airline domain knowledge
