Description

You will lead technical post-sales support, consulting, and implementation for Alteryx Designer and Server platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical consulting projects to deliver customized analytics solutions and strategic services.
• Define and implement new analytics capabilities within customer environments.
• Build technical enablement and training materials to facilitate feature adoption.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers on cross-training and knowledge transfer strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (technical support, pre-sales, or consulting).
• Hands-on Alteryx Designer workflow construction and optimization.
• Proficiency with VMware, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Understanding of traditional RDBMS and NoSQL database structures.
• Experience installing Alteryx on Citrix VDI.

Preferred Skills

• Alteryx Server deployment and configuration.
• Knowledge of DBA skills, metadata management, C++, or Python.
