Description

You will lead technical post-sales support and consulting engagements for Alteryx Designer, Server, and TRIFACTA products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical conversations on reporting, analytics, and data science to help customers implement new capabilities.
• Act as technical lead on consulting projects to deliver customized services addressing specific business challenges.
• Build technical enablement and training materials to help customers understand new features and integration methods.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers to strategize on knowledge transfer and cross-training opportunities.
• Provide support for Alteryx installations on Citrix VDI and integrate solutions within cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as professional services, consulting, or technical support.
• Extensive experience with Alteryx Designer workflow construction and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx Server, Windows Server, and administration.
• Proven experience installing Alteryx on Citrix VDI.
• Proficiency with virtualization technologies including VMware, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL database structures.
• Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with Enterprise Architects and Engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Alteryx Server deployment and configuration.
• DBA skills and metadata management.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, or other procedural languages.
