Description

You will ensure enterprise software and web applications meet strict accessibility standards through auditing, remediation, and technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete audits and validation testing on software and documents based on Section 508 and W3C WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
• Document detailed findings and recommend remediation solutions and best practices for identified accessibility violations.
• Apply software fixes and accessibility features directly within the target software source code.
• Establish remediation timelines and provide technical input for solution development.
• Develop and deliver educational presentations to provide coaching and guidance on accessibility.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ADA compliance and accessibility.
• Deep understanding of Section 508 and W3C WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with web applications and enterprise software.
• Proficiency using assistive technologies including NVDA and JAWS.
• Experience redesigning or developing solutions to fix IT hardware and software compliance issues.
• Proven ability to provide technical recommendations and coaching.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
