Description

You will own end-to-end analytical projects to solve complex business and technical challenges through data-driven solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own entire projects from initial business problem translation to the implementation of sustainable analytical solutions.
• Develop dashboards for leadership that summarize performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build automated reporting processes and statistical models to reduce information overload.
• Execute predictive and prescriptive analytics using machine learning models.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analyst role.
• 3+ years of professional experience within the Tech, Consulting, or Analytics industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing at least 3 end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Ability to manage long-term, multi-month integrations and project timelines independently.

Preferred Skills

• Capacity to find patterns in large, disparate datasets to drive decision-making.
