Description

You will manage HR data integrity and operational processes to support managers, employees, and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions in the HRIS, including compensation, promotions, personal data, job data, new hires, and terminations.
• Maintain employee records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with retention and disposal protocols.
• Administer the I-9 verification and recertification program.
• Manage unemployment claims, including attending hearings and maintaining all required documentation.
• Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports and conduct employment verifications.
• Monitor state and local employment laws to report new developments to management.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, as an HR generalist, or a related HR role.
• 5+ years of experience using MS Office with intermediate Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of Federal labor laws.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for interacting with HRBPs, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
