Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code with emphasis on complex and critical components.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project requirements and actively participate in design and code reviews.
• Provide technical expertise and support to team efforts while acting as subject matter expert in specific domains.
• Assist in solving complex technical challenges by researching and proposing innovative solutions to development problems.
• Participate in defining software requirements and specifications to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues while working closely with operations and support teams for resolution.
• Contribute to assessment and adoption of new technologies and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to enhance their technical capabilities.

Experience Required: Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Strong programming and debugging skills required along with familiarity in software development practices and methodologies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience required
