Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategy for coexistence, integration, or migration from Citrix VDI to Windows 365 Cloud PCs
• Architect scalable, high-availability EUC solutions leveraging Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and Windows 365/Azure Virtual Desktop
• Provide technical leadership on EUC best practices, security, and performance optimization
• Install, configure, and maintain Citrix farm components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, NetScaler Gateway, and Machine Creation Services
• Design and implement Windows 365 provisioning policies, user assignments, and image management using Microsoft Intune and Azure services
• Develop and maintain gold images for both Citrix and W365, ensuring application compatibility and security compliance
• Manage user profiles and data migration using solutions such as Folder redirection and FSLogix
• Utilize automation tools and Infrastructure as Code to automate deployment and administrative tasks
• Implement monitoring tools and proactively optimize environment performance, capacity, and cost-efficiency
• Implement security best practices including Conditional Access Policies, multi-factor authentication, and endpoint protection
• Ensure the EUC environment adheres to internal security standards and regulatory compliance requirements
• Serve as Level 3/4 escalation point for complex End User Computing related incidents
• Collaborate with networking, security, application, and service desk teams for seamless operations
• Create technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and mentor junior administrators
