Description

Lead the strategy and execution of End User Computing infrastructure, including migration from Citrix VDI to Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, high-availability EUC solutions using Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and Windows 365.
• Design and implement Windows 365 provisioning policies, user assignments, and image management via Microsoft Intune and Azure services.
• Install, configure, and maintain Citrix farm components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, NetScaler Gateway, and Machine Creation Services.
• Manage user profiles, data migration, and gold images using FSLogix and Folder Redirection, ensuring application compatibility.
• Serve as Level 3/4 escalation point for complex incidents and mentor junior administrators.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in End User Computing infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Strong proficiency in Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, and Azure Services.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Experience with FSLogix, Terraform, and Azure Monitor.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles and automation tools.
• Understanding of security best practices, including Conditional Access Policies and Multi-factor authentication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Citrix Director, Systrack, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with Folder Redirection, Machine Creation Services, and StoreFront.
