Description
You will drive the design, implementation, and adoption of automation and application solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build customized Power Apps solutions and automated workflows by translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels to simplify technical concepts and support app building.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify and recommend automation opportunities using Power Automate.
- Lead workshops and provide technical advisory support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop technical documentation, including training guides and FAQs, to support user adoption.
- Monitor training initiative success and report insights to senior management.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Proficiency with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience building custom applications and complex automated workflows.
- Strong process analysis and improvement skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions via Power Platform tools.
- Experience delivering educational programs and technical training to diverse audiences.
- Project management skills to handle multiple concurrent training programs.
- Technical knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, PowerShell Scripting, Power BI, and MS Access.
- Familiarity with change management principles.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Power Apps or Power Automate certifications.
- Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Background in data analysis, database management, or data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance and implementation best practices.
- Experience in public sector or transportation-focused organizations.
