Drive the design, implementation, and adoption of automation and application solutions across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build customized Power Apps solutions and automated workflows by translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify and recommend automation opportunities using Power Automate.
• Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels to simplify technical concepts and support app building.
• Lead workshops and provide technical advisory support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop technical documentation, including training guides and FAQs, to support user adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience building custom applications and complex automated workflows.
• Technical knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, PowerShell Scripting, Power BI, and MS Access.
• Strong process analysis and improvement skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions via Power Platform tools.
• Experience delivering educational programs and technical training to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power Apps or Power Automate certifications.
• Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and implementation best practices.
