Description

You manage medium to large scale projects within a program, ensuring adherence to Client APM's Quality Systems and Design Control Process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and manage scope execution accordingly.
• Execute project plans covering quality, risk, communication, and staffing.
• Communicate project status and data to maintain accurate information for stakeholders.
• Lead core team and necessary meetings to drive project execution and improve decision-making processes.
• Serve as a program management subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring peers.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing New Product Developments projects or complex projects.
• Solid understanding of Medical Device Development, Regulations, and Product Lifecycle process.
• Proven ability to lead within complex organizations requiring strong influence management.
• Strong analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Experience defining strategy and making timely decisions under risk and uncertainty.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a matrix environment to build organizational relationships.
• Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Systems, Electrical Engineering preferred).
