Description

You will develop and maintain core components of the Android application, implementing features and building reusable libraries.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement features using Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose.
• Design and build reusable Android libraries with solid API design.
• Apply MVVM+C architecture patterns to application features.
• Manage development workflows using Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in Android development.
• Expert proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and Android SDK tools.
• Deep understanding of MVVM architecture and dependency injection.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks for Android applications.
• Familiarity with consuming and modelling JSON data.
• Proficiency using Android Studio.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling 'dangerous permissions' in Android.
• Familiarity with Android WebView integration and foreground/background services.
