Description

You will design, build, and maintain high-quality Android applications for the mobile platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose.
• Integrate REST APIs and implement MVVM architecture with Dagger Hilt for dependency injection.
• Write and maintain unit and UI tests using Espresso, Robolectric, and Mockito.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, GitLab workflows, and Google Play deployments.
• Optimize application performance, offline storage, and accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Android app development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI toolkits.
• Deep understanding of REST API integration and network libraries.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks: Espresso, Robolectric, and Mockito.
• Experience with MVVM architecture and Dependency Injection (Dagger Hilt).
• Familiarity with offline storage solutions and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the e-commerce or retail domain.
• Familiarity with localization, security best practices, and threading models.
• Agile/Scrum exposure with strong communication skills.
