Description

You will own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle for scalable Android applications, from discovery to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute mobile engineering projects with high-quality code through peer reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, including memory leaks and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement MVVM architectures and design patterns for scalable business solutions.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Espresso.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building mobile software or scalable ecommerce applications.
• Extensive proficiency in Android SDK and Kotlin.
• Strong working knowledge of Java.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for distributed source code version control.
• Proficiency in MVVM architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong debugging skills using debuggers, loggers, and crash report tools.
• Experience optimizing for embedded real-time systems with limited memory and processing resources.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
