Description

You will lead the development lifecycle of Android projects by translating business requirements into technical specifications and providing technical leadership to the team.

Responsibilities

• Design applications based on natural user interfaces and Android design principles.
• Develop and optimize Android system classes for phone calls, SMS, messaging, Bluetooth, WiFi, and IMS registration.
• Implement and manage connectivity via LTE, CDMA, EvDO, WCDMA, GSM/EDGE, and TCP/IP.
• Perform benchmarking and performance tuning to ensure high-quality software solutions.
• Integrate cloud message APIs and push notifications into the framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and C++.
• Deep understanding of Android framework, library components, and SDK versions.
• Experience with Android JNI and NDK concepts.
• Strong expertise in multi-threading, offline storage, and performance tuning.
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and dynamic data formats like JSON and XML.
• Knowledge of Android telephony, including VoLTE, VoWiFi, and 1xCall.
• Familiarity with sensors such as gyroscopes and accelerometers.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries.
• Experience with RIL domain knowledge.
