Description

You will build and maintain user interfaces for microservice-based web applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Create UI wireframes and specs to explain workflows and concepts to stakeholders.
• Solve UI performance issues and guide other UI teams on best practices.
• Design responsive web interfaces ensuring 508 compliance and touch interface compatibility.
• Collaborate with Product Management, clients, and UI/UX teams to convert user needs into functional designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web development with a focus on large-scale, complex platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (specifically versions 6, 7, and 8+).
• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of HTML5 and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Advanced knowledge of CSS and CSS preprocessors like SCSS.
• Experience with Bootstrap and React.
• Practical knowledge of reactive programming.
• Ability to connect front-end components with external web services.
• Proficiency using VSCode.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and AWS platform services.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and Postgres.
