Description

You will design, implement, and manage enterprise API solutions, ensuring robust security, governance, and performance. You own the full lifecycle of API-led connectivity, from strategy and design to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure API policies, security protocols, and governance frameworks.
  • Define API design strategies and implement self-service capabilities for internal teams.
  • Analyze, define, and design API solutions in collaboration with product and project teams.
  • Integrate, diagnose, and debug complex systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP, FTP, AS2, and EDI.
  • Monitor platform performance, resolve technical issues, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in the design, implementation, administration, and support of third-party enterprise applications and integrations.
  • 3+ years as a Software Engineer with advanced skills in API Development, JavaScript, Angular JS, jQuery, C#, and .NET.
  • 3+ years of object-oriented programming experience in .NET and/or Java.
  • Historical experience with ESB stacks such as Mulesoft, TIBCO, Oracle Fusion, Dell Boomi, or Apache ServiceMix/Camel.
  • Strong understanding of integration strategies, relational database architecture, and ETL methods.
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies and Scrum teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Mulesoft Certified Developer Certification and strong experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Experience developing API integrations with Salesforce Cloud Suite or other SaaS applications.
  • Familiarity with healthcare integration approaches (HL7, FHIR, EDI) and regulated environment development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems
