Description

You will design, implement, and integrate API solutions within an Agile environment, owning the full lifecycle from analysis to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design API solutions to integrate complex systems.
• Develop and implement API policies using Apigee Edge and Micro Gateway.
• Maintain REST API designs using Swagger, YAML, and RAML.
• Implement security protocols using OAuth2 or token-based methods.
• Manage integration layers using ESB and IBM DataPower technologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience in API solution design and implementation.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Apigee API solutions.
• Proficiency in Apigee Edge and Apigee Micro Gateway.
• Deep knowledge of Web Services including SOAP, RESTful, and Microservices.
• Strong background in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Experience with XML and XML/JSON processing.
• Technical proficiency in Node.js development.
• Experience with Cassandra, ZooKeeper, and Nginx server.
• Experience with IBM DataPower and IBM API Connect.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apigee Edge and Splunk logging tools.
• AWS and DevOps experience.
