Description

You will design and implement API management solutions using Apigee, owning proxies, rate limiting, security, analytics, and developer portals.

Responsibilities

• Design API specifications using OpenAPI/YAML and develop sharedflows, flowhooks, and integrators on the API gateway.
• Integrate systems with Data Fabric and CSA Toolsets while applying microservices and serverless architectures.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and participate in peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to establish best practices, coding standards, and repeatable processes.
• Proactively identify technical dependencies and roadblocks to facilitate solution delivery to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on API development.
• 5+ years of experience writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, HTML, or CSS.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing API gateways for secure, scalable adoption.
• 5+ years of experience deploying software via Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, including Terraform and Helm Charts.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies, specifically GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing cloud-native solutions.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code and microservices architecture.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• UI development experience with Angular.
• Microservices development using Java, SpringBoot, GoLang, or CloudFunctions.
• Experience with Kubernetes, GCP SDKs, and source control via Git/GitHub.
