Description

Own the maintenance, performance, and security of enterprise applications while providing expert-level technical support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet specific organizational needs.
• Lead incident response efforts, including root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective measures.
• Monitor critical application performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop incident response plans and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and configurations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application support or related engineering roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Confluence and Jira administration, customization, and optimization.
• Familiarity with the Big Picture plugin for Jira and its integration with project management.
• Experience supporting the Confluence and Jira database layer.
• Experience with open-source CRM application configuration and support.
• Proficiency with Linux distributions, specifically CentOS, Ubuntu, and Red Hat.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools including SolarWinds, Zabbix, and Datadog.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to collaborate with remote vendors and smart hands for troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within support operations.
