Description

Design and implement end-to-end Appian solutions, owning the full software lifecycle from conceptual architecture to Agile delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual application architecture, including records, reports, news feeds, and workflows.
• Build Appian components using process models, integrations, SAIL interfaces, and CDT structures.
• Define application user roles, responsibilities, and transaction management patterns.
• Develop and optimize database scripts, including stored procedures and views.
• Execute full software life cycle development within an Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Appian development and implementation.
• Mandatory Appian Certification.
• Expertise in Appian Process Models, Integrations, and SAIL Interface design.
• Hands-on experience with BPM implementations, rules, and form design.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and relational database optimization.
• Experience with design patterns and Appian integration patterns.
• Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appian RPA, Appian AI, or IDP.
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE platforms.
