Description

You will lead the design, build, and delivery of enterprise-level intelligent automation solutions using the Appian platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Appian BPM solutions from initial design through deployment and packaging.
• Architect Appian infrastructure including In-Memory KDB Engines, topology, sizing, and vertical/horizontal scaling.
• Integrate Appian with external systems using SOAP, REST, and ESBs like MuleSoft.
• Configure authentication types across various external systems and manage application server environments.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams using SAFe Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Appian experience with 9+ years of total industry experience.
• Appian "Lead Developer" certification is required.
• Deep expertise in Appian objects: Records, Reports, Tasks, Sites, Expression Rules, CDT, Process Models, and Web APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Appian Plugins including Smart Services, Function Plugins, and Servlet Plugins.
• Proficiency in SQL and JDBC.
• Experience with J2EE design patterns including Java Servlets, EJBs, and JSP.
• Knowledge of App Servers (JBOSS, TOMCAT) and Web Servers (Apache).
• Experience with CI/CD technologies including Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Practical knowledge of Embedded SAIL and Portals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Connected Systems and Component UI Plugins.
