Sr Appian Developer

You will design, implement, and support BPM-based solutions using the Appian suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop Appian-specific BPM solutions, including mobile, portal, and extended interface applications.
• Convert business process requirements into functional prototypes and screen flows for client demonstrations.
• Manage system integrations, plug-in development, and production support across in-house and cloud-hosted environments.
• Design and maintain relational databases through data modeling and SQL.
• Apply Appian architecture best practices and BPMN standards to all development tasks.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of Appian application development experience.
• Appian L2 certification or higher is mandatory.
• Proven track record of at least two full Appian BPM implementations.
• Expertise in Appian versions 19.x, 20.x, 21.x, and above.
• Proficiency with Appian Sites, Appian Records, and UX design.
• Strong knowledge of Web Services, including SOAP and REST.
• Experience with HTML, XML, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and SQL.
• Practical knowledge of SAML and OAuth frameworks.
• Proficiency using JIRA, Confluence, and Rally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appian plug-in development.
