Key Responsibilities

Application Design: Build scalable SAIL interfaces, complex process models, business rules, records, and reports.
System Integration: Connect Appian with external enterprise services, databases, web services, and RPA tools.
Performance & Quality: Perform code reviews, run Appian Health Checks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and tune application performance.
Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior team members, enforce best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders and architects.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of dedicated Appian development within an Agile environment.
Certifications: Appian Senior Developer (Level 2/3) certification.
Technical Skills: Strong command of SAIL, process models, CDT/data types, record syncing, and SQL.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
