Description

You will design, develop, and modernize enterprise workflow and case management solutions using Appian.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Appian workflows, rules, and user interfaces.
• Build and optimize SAIL interfaces, process models, record types, expression rules, and integrations.
• Design and implement end-to-end enterprise workflow and case management solutions.
• Integrate Appian applications with enterprise databases, APIs, and cloud services.
• Support application enhancements, performance optimization, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on Appian application development experience.
• Deep expertise with Appian platform components (SAIL, BPM, Records, Expressions).
• Strong SQL and data modeling experience with enterprise database integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and secure integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of Java to support custom integrations or backend services.
• Experience working in AWS cloud environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Mortgage or financial services experience.
