Description

You will design and implement advanced automated workforce application systems using Appian.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead other developers and teams in the design and implementation of Appian applications.
• Perform independent development of various Appian-based systems within a Rapid Application Development (RAD) environment.
• Troubleshoot, test, install, and implement software systems.
• Serve as a technical consultant to peers, documenting issues and preparing concise technical reports.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience as a developer/programmer or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional development experience.
• Appian Senior Developer Certification with recent hands-on experience in design and implementation.
• 5 years of experience with Appian components, including Process Models, SAIL Forms, CDT, records, reports, and integration.
• 5 years of experience with REST Web API development and integration via MuleSoft.
• 5 years of experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS.
• 5 years of experience building Appian CDT and integrating with Oracle 11g, DB2, or MySQL databases.
• 5 years of experience applying Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and techniques.
• 3 years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Octane.

Preferred Skills

• Appian Lead Developer Certification.
• Agile Software Development Methodologies.
