Description

You will lead end-to-end Appian BPM implementations from design through deployment and packaging.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy full-lifecycle Appian BPM solutions.
• Write complex Appian SAIL code for expression rules beyond standard drag-and-drop functionality.
• Build and manage Appian objects including Records, Reports, Tasks, Sites, and Process Models.
• Implement API integrations and manage connected systems.
• Execute application delivery using agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years of Appian delivery.
• Proficiency in Appian versions 16x through 22x.
• Deep knowledge of Appian objects: Records, Reports, Tasks, News, Sites, Actions, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web API, Interface Rules, CDT, and Process Models.
• Strong SQL and database skills.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Expertise in Appian SAIL and embedded SAIL.
• Ability to work with Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, and Feeds.

Preferred Skills

• Appian RPA development experience.
• Hands-on experience writing Appian Plugins (Smart Services, Function, Servlet, and Component UI Plugins).
• Exposure to AI and intelligent automation tools.
