Description

You will design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Appian applications using core components and proven design patterns.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design relational data models and perform advanced database functions.
• Configure and administer the Appian Platform, including user management and multi-environment deployments.
• Lead code reviews and serve as a technical resource and escalation point for junior developers regarding performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues.
• Collaborate with database administrators, DevOps, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Appian development experience.
• Proficiency with Appian objects: Connected System, Constant, Data Store, Data Type, Decision, Document, Expression Rule, Group, Integration, Interface, Process Model, Query Rule, Record Type, Report, Site, and Web API.
• Strong knowledge of Appian plugins and connected systems.
• Expertise in Appian, Web API, and Query Writing.
• Experience applying Design Patterns and CSS.
• Deep understanding of Business Process Management (BPM).
• Ability to implement automation technologies to improve business processes.
