You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical application design.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk management.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and mapping documentation for applications.
• Design use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and data flow diagrams using MS Visio.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related occupation.
• Proficiency with Java.
• Experience using LISA and Selenium.
• Working knowledge of HTML.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with JMeter.
• Ability to create technical diagrams in MS Visio.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
