Description

Design and implement end-to-end customer experience solutions using Adobe cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design omni-channel experiences across Web, Email, and SMS touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the OmniChannel Customer Experience team to provide technical solutions.
• Support the development, testing, and rollout of solutions using Agile methodology.
• Create technical documentation using Visio, Lucidchart, or PowerPoint.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application architecture.
• Deep experience with Adobe technology stacks, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign Manager, and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Expertise in data model design, data pipelines, and data flows.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
