Description

You will develop and integrate telephony systems with broader computer networks, managing SIP-based VoIP traffic and IVR implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate telephony systems with other computer systems using web services and communication protocols.
• Troubleshoot SIP-based VoIP traffic and manage SIP telephony system integrations.
• Maintain and support contact center systems and PBX architecture.
• Manage Interactive Voice Response (IVR) implementations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, and REST.
• Working knowledge of Genesys Cloud.
• Experience with Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
• Knowledge of PBX architecture and telecommunication network services.
• Experience with contact center systems.
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot SIP-based VoIP traffic.
• Experience with web services and cross-system communication protocols.
