Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of database applications and core system integrations. Own the full lifecycle from technical specifications to testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core system solutions using procedural and object-oriented languages.
• Define functional requirements and technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of product offerings to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Perform database design, maintenance, and tuning for optimal performance.
• Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and prototypes to validate program accuracy.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software design, programming, and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in C, TAL, TACL, or Python.
• Strong expertise in SQL and non-structured data management.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles.
• Experience with multi-tier software architecture and core systems infrastructure.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to perform technical design, requirement gathering, and scenario testing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
