You design and develop complex application features while acting as a technical lead for medium or large initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery teams and stakeholders to produce technical solution designs aligned with business goals and client standards.
• Own the software development process from structuring requirements and user stories through decomposition and delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive solution design documentation.
• Develop and configure software within enterprise frameworks, contributing to their improvements.
• Conduct peer design and code reviews, providing coaching and updating coding standards.

Required Skills

• Five years of practical application development experience, specifically on the Guidewire platform.
• Proficiency in building and configuring software using current programming languages, web services, and databases.
• Experience working in an Agile environment or large-scale software development.
• Proficiency with Jira, Git, Bitbucket, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to various audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaborate with internal and external groups.
