Description

You will serve as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and engineering to design and deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions and system designs that meet specific customer requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare technical proposals including cost estimations and project timelines.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Liaise between customers and engineering to communicate product enhancements, customization requests, and bug reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Application Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience developing and delivering technical presentations and training.
• Proficiency with CAD.
• Proficiency with CRM Systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
