Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack software solutions across multiple platforms. You own the architecture and direct onsite and offshore project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, maintainable full-stack applications.
• Direct onsite and offshore project teams by providing technical guidance and oversight.
• Manage client stakeholder relationships to identify business challenges and technical opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement and code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Participate in client meetings to demonstrate technical solutions and align with business goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in Java, .NET, and JavaScript frameworks including Angular and React.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, specifically Azure and AWS.
• Strong background in microservices architectures and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven leadership experience managing project teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
