Description

You will drive the development, configuration, and support of Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports while leading application deployment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Power BI dashboards, reports, and Power Automate workflows.
• Configure infrastructure, including databases and servers, in coordination with technical teams.
• Implement integrations with enterprise architecture services, APIs, and identity management.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with SMEs to gather and document technical requirements.
• Lead testing activities by creating test plans, executing cases, and documenting results.
• Manage deployment timelines and provide hands-on troubleshooting and post-deployment support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Entity Framework.
• 4+ years of experience with Power Platform development, including Power BI and Power Automate.
• Proven experience implementing Power BI dashboards for public consumption.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps, including source control and pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server (T-SQL).
• Ability to lead requirements review sessions and risk assessment meetings.
• Experience developing integration strategies that incorporate audit capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading client engagements from strategy through solution implementation and maintenance.
• Prior experience leading a team of developers.
• Experience implementing technical solutions with the State of Louisiana, Department of Public Safety.
