Description

Provide Tier II/III support for enterprise data platforms, ensuring stability for SQL Server EDW, Databricks, Fivetran, Tableau, and Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents within data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Lead production deployments and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for platform issues.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and BI teams to improve platform reliability.
• Manage stakeholder updates and draft incident summaries during critical outages.

Required Skills

• Deep experience supporting Data/AI platforms, specifically Databricks and SQL Server.
• Proven ability to support ETL/ELT tools including Fivetran and Alteryx.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills for handling stakeholder updates and incident management.
• Ability to lead production deployments and conduct technical analysis.
