Description

Provide L1/L2 production support for Market Operations applications, resolving incidents and managing system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot Tidal job failures and address user inquiries.
• Execute user access, audit, and IDM reviews.
• Coordinate and manage disaster recovery (DR) flips.
• Document support processes and maintain knowledge sharing on Confluence.

Required Skills

• 10-14 years of experience in application support.
• Proficiency with SQL and SQL databases.
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
• Working knowledge of ETL processes.
• Experience supporting settlement, collateral, regulatory reporting (FI/EQ), and derivatives products.
• Experience with Broadridge applications (Impact, Cognos, BPS, Message Automation).
• Experience with Loanet and Global One applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Murex or Smartloan.
