Description

You will lead data engineering efforts focused on ETL processes, data modeling, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL systems to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into Salesforce and Profours environments.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, templates, and load steps, including performing mock loads in development environments.
• Design and implement data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance policies.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business owners to define requirements and resolve data-related issues.
• Automate data processing tasks and troubleshoot issues across databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Expertise in Salesforce data structures, API integration, Data Loader, and Workbench.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, ELT frameworks, and various relational and NoSQL database systems.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, including design patterns, version control, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to identify data gaps and prepare complex data conversion requirements.
• Competency in Java or Scala.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications, specifically Salesforce Certified Data Architect or Administrator.
• Experience with big data technologies, AI-driven data solutions, and data privacy regulations like GDPR or CCPA.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing or Supply Chain business processes.
